“In times of stress, we need each other more, not less.”

Friend, have you ever had an idea that weighed so heavily on your heart and mind that you couldn’t find the words to express it?

That’s what it was like for this post I just wrote for The Real Deal of Parenting. It took a whole month to write 700 words!

I’m finding that so many women around me (myself included) are dealing with heavy burdens, fears, and stresses these days. Who wouldn’t? The world is changing, and it’s changing fast. But does that mean that we have to change, too?

I pray this piece will encourage you, friend.

And I pray that we remember: “our relationships – with our families, our communities, and with God, don’t depend on current events.”

Please hop on over to The Real Deal of Parenting to read this post entitled: “Let’s Love Each Other Like the World Ain’t Burning.”

PS: Why should we love each other this way? Because we’re ignorant of the darkness?

No. Because love is the very way to defy the darkness.

Let’s not give up together…

Clinging to Jesus,

Laura
